Our Hailsham High Street Store is now open!
On Monday 14th March at 9am our brand new high street store in Hailsham opened. A queue of customers waited outside for the doors to open with the first purchase going through the till at 9.07am.
Michael (CEO), Roy (Hailsham store manager) and the Furniture Now! team were thrilled to be able to greet many familiar faces at the brand new store. Local residents wandered through the newly renovated building spread across two floors.
On the opening day, we were joined by The Mayor of Hailsham, Councillor Paul Holbrook and MP Nusrat Ghani who both cut the ribbon to officially open the store.
The new furniture store is just a 5-minute walk from our former Hailsham store in North Street. Throughout the whole project, we only used local suppliers including builders, flooring contractors, signage as well as balloons for the grand opening.
Impressive size and stock
The new high street store is considerably larger than our former store, which means we’re able to stock a much wider variety of high-quality, low-cost new and secondhand furniture and electrical appliances. Items available include sofas, beds, mattresses, washing machines, fridges, microwaves, dining tables and chairs and many more items.
Customers couldn't believe how big the store was and really enjoyed browsing through all of the items that were on display.

You’ll find the new store at 9 High Street, Hailsham, BN27 1AL (opposite the Post Office and next to Taylor Engley and Romeo and Juliet Italian restaurant). Furniture Now! is open 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday, 9am - 4.30pm (3.30pm on Saturdays).
